Peep Korra was doing a traditional earth bending stance and bolin showed her not only is modern way of bending more effective the results are more fluid, this scene went completely over most of yall heads for why modern bending is so prevalent in a era of powerful benders

@moonelation I agree with your overall points, I think that the TBxCyrene push is overblowing what actually happens in the story. But, I feel like the 'restriction' on Cyrene's interactions with the heirs is kinda the point, somewhat. Honestly imo it's in-line with is her plot and role.

and it did piss me off big time with how hsr made the tb so interconnected with her, like I see them as friends & its fine for them to have a close bond but it gets to a point where they restricted cyrene’s interaction with other heirs + made her go around in her mem form

I think many of the ignorance and hate towards cyrene’s writing comes from hsr’s poor storytelling and pacing in ampho. cyrene’s struggles were only highlighted in like 2 patches. she didnt get proper screen time compared to other heirs + hsr tried so hard to push the tbxcyrene-

@tetcholuvbot I do agree that too much of them at one time would be annoying however, because I feel like the game isn't at the point where prioritizing developing existing chars over new ones would make sense just yet. So, as long as they're not utterly dominating, I'm kinda fine.
