Patients missing cancer treatments and ‘serious concern’ ambulances may not have access to fuel as forecourts begin to run out amid queues buff.ly/ItzKqWl
Minister for Justice Jim O'Callaghan says fuel protesters are being influenced by external figures, urging them to recognise the impact of their actions.
He referenced Tommy Robinson as an example of those seeking to use the protests to advance their own agenda.

The blocking of the distribution of fuel is a sinister and despicable attack on our economy and our society. This is not a lawless country. The laws of the land must and will be applied without fear.
The EU leadership needs impeaching. @vonderleyen has crawled under a rock as World War 3 looms because she can't criticise Israel. She needs arresting and investigation upon removal. It's shameful beyond belief.
Extremely low volatility on the markets.
I think that we'll have a slow Easter and then the volatility comes back again next week before we start to accelerate into either direction.
Honestly, given the entire sentiment, I would assume we're going to see upwards momentum on #Bitcoin.
It’s so typical.
A lot of European countries are pro-active and lower taxes on petrol.
The Netherlands: yeah fuck it, let’s discuss this for weeks or months because all the frameworks need to be correct.
You’ll get nowhere in this way.
Stupid behavior.
I criticise a lot of Irish stuff, and I know I'm about 15 years late to it, but been binge watching Love/Hate. It is insanely good. Not just by Irish standards. If HBO did it you'd say wow. By any standards, it's unreal.

Spanish government €5.8 Billion fuel support package . . . Now that’s how you make an instant mpact which helps people & business, are you watching FF/FG?
@EwanMacKenna@Daniel__LFC Not a hope. I'm mayo every town and village is Gfootball. Soccer was number 2 when I was a teen. Now rugby is number 2. Depending in where your from it's either hurling or Gaelic. Gaelic nationally is miles ahead. Rugby has killed soccer imo. Gaa will always be number 1 and 2
Nothing deflates like the Irish soccer team. Nothing can delflate like it. Spend yesterday in the Brazilian public health system and last night was even worse. But for those who truly care, today is worse again.
We might get to a World Cup once or twice in a lifetime. Such opportunities passing means a lot of lifetime passes and you're old and still waiting. And that was the most open of goals meaning a wasting of endless years.
@EwanMacKenna@Daniel__LFC I dont agree. Maybe the big cities soccer is, but in the towns and villages GAA is miles ahead. I think soccer was number 2 many years ago but rugby has grown an awful lot at the expense of soccer. Gaelic football is miles ahead of soccer and ahead of hurling too.
The so called “top 10 most feared hooligan firms”. 😬
Do you think this list is correct? Do you find them intimidating places to visit as an away fan? 🤔
