@awcwvlc Shouldn’t the focus be developing players in formats all international teams play & compete for World Cups in? There’s existing red ball opportunities for top domestic talent (GvG, AusA). I love women’s Tests but imagine losing a WC because you prioritised building red ball depth

I don’t know if it is too much to ask given how packed our schedule is but I won’t mind a #SheffieldShield like comp of women.

Serious question… How come men’s shield cricket is allowed to play at the MCG with barely any crowd yet AFLW isn’t cos ‘not viable’. I don’t care that shield is, like go off kings, I’d just like women’s footy to be able to as well.
