Two teen boys (I'd guess not even 15 y/o) just knocked on my door, introduced themselves and asked if I was interested in having my car washed. I listened to their pitch, "$30 for outside or $50 for both inside and outside - we do everything, wheels too!" I paused for a moment, and then said yes. They almost couldn't believe it. He asked for my number to arrange a time. I watched him carefully close my front gate and then text me immediately. He said they could do any day after school next week. "inside and out for 50$ right?", his message read as if making a sale should not have been that easy "Done deal", I said "sounds amazing!" I reckon I just made their day 🦘🇦🇺

three inevitabilities that keep me bullish and building despite the price action: 1) this crypto casino will eventually end, as people get burned, learn, and exit. in the future people will ask their AIs "should I buy $SHIT" and the AI will say "under no circumstance should you buy this dogshit". this will be a place to buy and hold good, sensible assets, not nonsense memecoins. 2) the tech will keep getting better and better and better, until it will supplant traditional finance rails. when's the last time @solana went down? 3) crypto-native assets will become profoundly more investable than their traditional finance counterparts. @MetaDAOProject is forging the path, many will follow. you have very fair valuations and programmatic limits on treasury so founders cannot rug. all of these give significantly stronger guarantees than traditional equity markets actually, without much of the parasitic middlemen that are required in TradFi. the TAM here, even as "just an asset ledger", is still trillions of dollars btw. the new generation of wealth apps, brokerages, banks, exchanges will all be built atop this, and if we can capture even a small part of that pie, all of us will be phenomenally rewarded.
