I really loved A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and I’m sad that s1 is already over. That said, I do hope Ira Parker tones down some of the comedic elements in s2. When the show builds up what feels like a serious moment only to undercut it with a joke, it gets a little annoying.

Reading ASOIAF made me realise how disappointing Game of Thrones actually is. I can forgive some Season 1 choices due to budget constraints and the uncertainty around whether the show would even continue, but I can never forgive them for cutting Patchface 💔

Anyone who says Game of Thrones was accurate to the books for the first 4 seasons is wrong I'm in the middle of A Clash Of Kings and I simply cannot reconcile book Daenerys and a few others with what we see in the show D&D abandoned much of ASOIAF as early as season 2
