Sad news for FSD in Europe, flags in the firmware confirm what I’ve been noticing after the 2026.2.9 update… The driver monitoring system has been infected by the EU virus and it’s so much worse than anything shipping in other parts of the world. Not unusable, but don’t you dare look somewhere else for a split second, it’ll scream and you’d get a ban in a few seconds 😅 There is also trace of R171 UN regulations, not sure if it’s finalised yet but it can be enabled. It’s a wild shot, but I guess the best FSD experience from the driver perspective was the US model + driver monitoring in V13. I wish I could downgrade to that.

@elonmusk, para impulsar la aprobación de FSD en Europa, una campaña de descuento en el paquete FSD podría ser efectiva. Actualmente, las limitaciones desaniman su compra, pero un descuento lo haría atractivo para mí y conocidos. @Tesla
