We competed well for the majority of the 1st half. However we conceded a really poor goal, switching off at crucial time. At ht we highlighted what Biggleswade would do 2nd half. Despite this, We didn’t cope well at all and the manner in which we lost was not acceptable.

@wwfcofficial I had the pleasure of doing my work experience with Jim. His office was always full of players having a laugh, good times. A true gent RIP.

Everyone at Wycombe Wanderers is saddened to learn of the death of legendary former groundsman and kitman Jim Gardner. Jim was a true club man and an integral member of the backroom staff for many years. Rest in peace Jim; you’ll be dearly missed.
