@AvantiWestCoast once again your website has taken payment for a ticket and not completed the transaction so now I have to wait days for the bank to release the £94. I also have to book another ticket and hope that it works. Happens every time. Terrible experience.

I reckon at least 1 in 3 times I book on their website, @AvantiWestCoast tells me the payment couldn't be taken but there's a pending payment that doesn't get released for 5+ days.

@AvantiWestCoast why am I being told that my ticket from Euston to Wolverhampton isn't valid via Stafford despite it being valid by any route and a change detailed at Stafford? I bought it on your website. Ridiculous.

@AvantiWestCoast No, the train manager...he has passed my ticket but says it isn't valid. I do this route several times a month. I showed him the change in your app and he still says it isn't valid.
