A huge chunk of these first 85 pages are exhibits — screenshots of his old Blogger profile, tweets, podcast appearances, and media citations going back to 2008. Repetitive in places, but clearly meant to prove he qualifies as “media” for § 770.01 purposes.

Starting a detailed read-through of Joshua Kusnick’s massive 400+ page pro se omnibus filing in the Perfect Game / Thurman defamation case (2024-CA-010418). Right from page 1 the caption is… well… it’s a little wonky on the eyes. Extremely long repetitive string of rule citations, mismatched margins, and the unmistakable look of a self-drafted document. This is going to be a journey. (pages 1-85)
