Trading Update - Wed 22 Oct 2025 🔴 1 trade, 1 loss on $NQ during London session. Emotional day. Deep reflections. 👇 London session was ok. I managed. But during my prep for NY AM, I started feeling irritated. Decided not to push it. Had one of those moments: "I don't know what I'm doing" feeling. My trigger is not getting a clear read or anticipate the draw, and suddenly it feels out of control. Internal battle: I don't need to lose money to feel this. Just that mental spiral of "I'm already behind." Even without trading, I feel like I already lost. I should not try to force clarity, instead let it form. It's the messy middle where bad days make me feel miles away from my goals, and good days feel like the bare minimum. This is the tension between my standards and my current stage. A disconnect between my hard work and how unpredictable my results feel. It's not time that scares me, it's the not-knowing. Control, clarity, validation. All getting stripped before the next level. Learning a lot about myself. REMINDER TO SELF: ❤️ I know I'm good at this shit and I'm doing the right work. My skill doesn't disappear on bad days. ❤️ I trust my process in the fog. I just lost visibility (zero bilibisity), not competence. ❤️ Uncertainty isn't punishment. It's part of the job description. I don't need to always see clearly. Just need to not panic when I can't. ❤️ I don't need to prove anything. I don't need to prove I'm capable. My discipline already says that. I don't need to prove I'm worthy. I already bet everything on myself. ❤️ I'm still collecting data, experience, and self-master when my P&L is flat. ❤️ Self-trust is built through surviving uncertainty. I'm training the muscle that will carry me through future storms. ❤️ Mastery doesn't mean perfection. It means repetition, refinement, and resilience.
