We had a fantastic evening at the Wales Distilled Awards 🥃 We attended the Wales Distilled Awards last Saturday and presented @aberdistillery with the Gold in the category for Best Welsh Whisky. 1/2

We headed to @GipsyHillBrew last Friday for a collaboration brew using our Gingerbread Cookie Infusion Malt. Our Creative Series Infusion Malts are made by infusing seasonal and exotic raw ingredient combinations into the malting process, like spices, herbs... 1/2

We had a great time at the Scottish Beer Awards last night🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 It was a fantastic evening spent celebrating the exciting Scottish brewing scene. We were there to support one of our wonderful customers, @BelhavenBrews, who were awarded best Porter/Stout for their Belhaven Black.🏆

Yesterday, the whole team headed to The 32nd East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival 2024 at St. Edmundsbury Cathedral. 🍻 It was a pleasure to enjoy some of the fantastic beer crafted by our customers and brewers around the UK. 1/2

Earlier this month, we attended a @boortmalt commercial craft meeting in France 🇫🇷 We joined our sister brands @prairiemalt, @minchmalt, @belgomalt, Joe White Maltings, Badass Barley Malt and Uma Malta for 3 days at the home of @_AXEREAL and @LesMaltiers in Orleans. 1/2

We then heard from the UK’s Sam Colman doing a speech about the malt market and economics. It was a pleasure to catch up with our colleagues from the rest of the Boortmalt family. 5/5

Cristal Peck showed us all the new products and ideas that are coming up in the pipeline which has made us very excited. We also delved into the history of whisky and a tasting that was presented by the UK team’s Alistair MacKenzie. 4/5
