@paulstrover Hi Paul, apologies that there has been an issue, are you on one of the services affected by the signalling issue near Tunbridge Wells? If so this is an ongoing situation and the info is sent out as soon as it is available ^VC

@se_railway it’s saying something when the service, and your comms with your staff member onboard, is so bad that he is actively encouraging all passengers to complain to you on social media and all channels available as the service hasn’t been good enough and info so lacking!
