@Wealthsimple @paulteshima First time calling the priority customer line as had an issue which for some reason was not getting resolved async. Pretty bad experience tbh - Surprised to see it is called priority support line. - The agent kept repeating every 30 seconds we appreciate you being our customer instead of focusing on solving the problem at hand. After 6 mins said will need to transfer. - Wait time after the transfer was supposed to be 5 mins but ended up 10+. A transfer should be a smooth hand off - Amex does this beautifully. - Your customer staff could not pronounce my name properly and did not bother asking if correct or not. - My experience with the app is nothing but amazing though this customer interaction was one of the worst I have ever had. Very disappointed especially considering the customer tier I am in. I ended the call after wasting 14 minutes mostly waiting and hearing nothing useful from the support staff I spoke to as the transfer person never came on.
