THE GEN AI ARCHITECTURE STACK: LLMs AND PROMPT LAYERS - The reasoning engine. EMBEDDINGS AND VECTOR STORES - How knowledge is stored and compared. RETRIEVAL PIPELINES RAG - Moving the right context at the right moment. ORCHESTRATION AND GATEWAYS - Managing flow and choosing the right model. AGENTS AND TOOL USE - Moving from conversation to action. GUARDRails AND EVAL - Checking quality in a non deterministic world. THE PRACTICAL SHIFT: BUILD SOMETHING SMALL - A tiny RAG project shows real limits fast. TREAT PROMPTS AS ARCHITECTURE - A prompt behaves like an API call with variable outputs. TRY AGENTS - Let a model call a function and observe where it fails. ADD OBSERVABILITY - You cannot debug an LLM like code, scoring and review loops matter. Traditional software was built for certainty, predictable inputs, controlled logic, clear paths. Gen AI changes this. System behavior now depends on context, reasoning, and probability rather than fixed rules.

Your competitors aren't just selling a product. They're selling to a persona. Most businesses obsess over competitive features: "They have X, we need X too." But here's what they miss, understanding who your competitor is targeting and why their messaging resonates. If you don't know your competitor's ideal customer better than they do, you're fighting blind. That's why we built competitor persona generation into CreateICP. Here's how it works: 1️⃣ Add your competitor's product 2️⃣ We generate their ideal customer personas (AI-powered, detailed) 3️⃣ Compare them side-by-side with your personas Now you can see: 🎯 Where your audiences overlap (and where to differentiate) 🎯 Their customers' pain points (and how to address them better) 🎯 Messaging gaps you can exploit Plus, you get: ✅ AI-generated email templates per persona ✅ Objection handling scripts ✅ Message resonance insights ✅ PDF exports for your team Stop copying features. Start understanding customers better than your competition does.

Writing a book is turning out to be a very interesting journey for me. You think you understand a topic well and you can talk about it easily, but the moment you try to put it into a book everything changes. You suddenly realise you need more depth, more clarity, and a better way to explain ideas to the right audience. It also requires careful research and a clear sense of balance. You need to decide what to include, how much detail to cover, and how to arrange everything so it is not too shallow and not too heavy. All of this has to flow in a proper sequence. I just finished the first chapter and I am now editing the first draft. The process is enjoyable but also quite tiring at times. Still, it is giving me a strong learning curve and making me think in new ways about how to teach and communicate ideas. If you have ever written a book or are in the process of writing one, would love to know how you handled this phase.

The current wave of AI coding tools still needs some work before they reach production grade for every use case, but they are already strong enough to help you build real apps for your daily work. As an example, I recently created a recording app that captures a screenshot every sixty seconds and sends it to a vision model running on my own VM with a GPU. I then enhanced it to record my screen during meetings and generate summaries, action points, and key observations automatically. This kind of rapid building was not possible for many of us a few years ago. The speed at which we can create and refine our own tools today is incredible. If you are not experimenting with this new way of building, you might be missing out on one of the biggest shifts in personal productivity and software creation.

Today I noticed something interesting while working on my AI screen monitoring tool. Claude Code asked me a clarifying question before generating the update "If you lock your screen (which auto-pauses monitoring) and then quit/logout without unlocking, what should happen when you log back in?" This was a thoughtful and precise question that helped shape the behaviour of the feature. Moments like this remind me how quickly these tools are evolving. The quality of reasoning, the way they ask for missing details, and the way they support complex changes is improving at a surprising pace. At this rate the things we build in the next couple of years will feel completely different from what we can imagine today.

Tired of building products nobody wants to buy? The number one reason many early teams struggle is that they do not fully understand their customers. CreateICP solves that with a simple and clear approach. Here is what it offers • AI creates detailed customer personas for your product in only a few minutes, then you can start real conversations with them • Chat with AI personas to test your pitch, validate ideas, and uncover objections • Create personalized sales emails for cold outreach, follow ups, and nurture sequences • Get buying triggers that show when a prospect is ready to move forward • Use objection handling scripts so you never feel stuck in a call or meeting Who can use it Founders, product managers, and sales teams who want to move from guessing to clear direction. Every product grows faster when you know exactly who you are building for. A clear ICP brings clarity to messaging, targeting, sales conversations, and even feature decisions. When your team knows the exact type of customer your product fits, progress becomes steady and repeatable. But creating an ICP is not always easy, especially in the early stages. You may have a product, a few users, and some assumptions, yet it can still be tough to turn that into a precise customer profile. You need the right mix of pains, needs, and context, and that takes time. To help with this, we added a new feature in the ICP tool on the Kidjig platform (icp.kidjig.com). You now get a full ICP profile by simply entering a website URL. The system studies the product and creates a clean and structured ICP in minutes. It removes guesswork and gives you a strong starting point for your market efforts. This update is now live. If you want to understand your audience better, try it out and see how fast you can get a ready profile for your product.

How I Automated Sending Personalized Emails to Hundreds of Users Using n8n + Google Sheets + Outlook Just built an n8n workflow that's saving me hours every week by automating our email outreach to product users. The setup is beautifully simple: it reads contact data from one Google Sheet tab and email templates from another, dynamically replaces predefined variables (like user names, companies, or custom messages), and sends personalized HTML emails through our Outlook support account. The workflow includes smart features like email validation, automatic UTM tracking on links, and a 2-second delay between sends to respect mail server limits. What makes this powerful is the template variable system - instead of creating individual emails, I define templates with placeholders that automatically pull user-specific data or inject static content as needed. Everything runs through a webhook trigger, making it API-callable from any app. This turns what used to be a full day of manual copy-pasting into a 10-minute automated process. The entire solution uses n8n's visual workflow builder combined with custom JavaScript for the complex logic - no expensive email service required, no weeks of development. It's perfect for SaaS products, newsletters, or any scenario where you need to send targeted emails to specific user segments. Building AI workflows for your business? I also provide consulting and development services for custom automation solutions. DM or comment to the post.

Today Claude Code helped me build an entire ML pipeline while I worked on other stuff. I gave it a single task: create a project folder, set up virtual environment, and finetune a 3B parameter LLM for generating LinkedIn posts using LoRA. Plus serve an inference endpoint I could call from my n8n workflows. Claude Code handled everything end-to-end. It faced issues, resolved them on its own, and after around 15 minutes told me "endpoint is ready, here's your sample request and response." It even generated a shell script for the finetuning process. I just copy-pasted my CSV training data, asked it to fix any CSV issues, run the finetuning script, and start a long-running server. Two prompts, 20 minutes, everything working perfectly. Meanwhile, I was on my laptop using Claude Code to enhance my other AI product. Completely parallel workflows. We don't realize how far we've come. I understand AI still can't do 100% of things correctly, but it can handle the normal 80% of tasks completely on its own. The trajectory is clear, by the time these tools mature more, probably in the next 1-2 years, they'll handle many things independently that still depend on me for guidance now. We're not just getting faster at coding, we're becoming orchestrators of AI systems that can execute complex technical workflows autonomously. What's the most complex end-to-end task AI has handled for you recently?

As my AI workflows platform grew (ai.kidjig.com), I ran into scaling issues, the database became a bottleneck, leading to timeouts and frustrated users. Basically app was constantly re-querying the same user data, job statuses, and configs. I decided to implement a caching layer using Redis, and the results were immediate and dramatic. I saw a 75-95% drop in database load and a 60-90% improvement in response times for key operations, all while avoiding stale data issues with a careful invalidation strategy. I learned that the invalidation strategy, ensuring data is always fresh is far more critical and complex than simply storing the data. Key invalidation strategies used: • Event-driven invalidation - Cache cleared immediately when user subscriptions, payments, or profiles change • Scope-based invalidation - User changes only clear user cache, admin changes clear admin analytics • Smart TTL tiers - Different expiration times based on data mutability (15min for user data, 1hr for configs etc) • Write-through invalidation - Cache invalidated right after database writes to prevent stale data
