@meridian_rsrch Nambahin dikit, no 4 is RKAB + Export Permit. In some (actually a lot of) the cases, miner got the RKAB but the export permit is still delayed. Domestic market is not big enough to absorb ingots (industrialization isn’t on that level yet)

ChartOfTheDay #2 by Meridian. Interesting chart regarding Indonesian Tin. 1. We haven't seen Tin ASP below 20k USD/t since COVID. 2. We also haven't seen quarterly exports touch 20kt/quarter since 2023. 3. We are seeing ATH prices for Tin since Q4. 4. Exports always drop in the first quarter since 2020: RKAB problem. $TINS is still sitting pretty in our watchlist despite current market conditions. The funny thing is, the real problem was never volumes or ASP. It was always the money flowing OUTSIDE TINS itself. If the government becomes serious about plugging that leak, combined with a healthier JCI backdrop, this thing could get very interesting very fast. We might deep dive into TINS soon. Just not today.

STEP 1: Beli kapal 1,9T. tapi gk ada duit gimana dong? investor A,B,C dateng ngasih primary note "debt-to-asset acquisition" kapal kebeli, non-cash trx. kapalnya beli dari siapa? tentu saja dari investor yg ngasih primary note. STEP 2: gk lama kemudian mau right issue. tentu saja RInya buat bayar kapal tadi. investor lama gk ikut RInya, dialihin ke investor A,B,C. loh bukanya dia yg ngasih primary note? betul artinya koversinya dilakuin disini, A,B,C gk perlu keluar duit buat ikut RInya. bisa dibilang yg akan setor cash "hanya" ritel yg ikut RI. mas dojjunn, bukanya ini cuma muter2 asset doang? knp gk right issue aja langsung.
