Flashback to May 1st, 2025: DNI Gabbard confirmed she was investigating the origins of Covid, and mentioned the biolabs in Ukraine. Just a few weeks before this in April, she confirmed she was investigating potential fraud in the 2020 election. These two things are connected. Covid is what opened the door for massive fraud in the 2020 election via mass mail-in ballots, in which the Dems harvested and delivered to blue counties in swing states in the middle of the night after counting had stopped, like in Fulton County, GA. Meanwhile, Gabbard was on the ground at the FBI raid in Fulton County this week to confiscate hundreds of thousands of ballots from the 2020 election. I think Gabbard just confiscated mail-in ballots that had been harvested in this election fraud scheme. I think Gabbard has already tracked these ballots to their origin, and will be able to prove they were delivered to Fulton County illegally. And what made this entire scheme possible? Covid. The virus that has since been confirmed to be man-made. I think Gabbard is investigating the origins of Covid, the fraud in the 2020 election, Russaigate, Obama’s treasonous coup, etc., all as one giant conspiracy case. I think after Russiagate failed, the Dems released Covid intentionally, destroyed Trump’s economy and approval, enabled mass mail-in ballots, harvested the ballots, all as part of their larger plot to remove Trump by any means necessary. It was all one giant regime-change operation, and it’s still happening right now.

Two years after the Court decided SFFA v. Harvard, making clear that race-based admissions were unconstitutional, the ABA is *still* trying to run a scholarship program that selects students based on race. Should an organization that doesn’t know how to apply Supreme Court precedent be allowed to be the nation’s sole law school accreditor? TX and FL say no — TN and OH are also moving that way. If other states needed evidence the ABA is more partisan interest group than legal authority, this is it.

@JeremyTate41 In our small Catholic HS in Milwaukee I taught 14 of 20 of these books to classes with roughly 50% immigrant kids, mostly Mexican. They did just fine. Everyone benefits from reading real books.

True. Not illegal, but surely unethical. They said something that was accurate, but misleading and incomplete. It is true that there is no obligation to follow manifestly illegal orders. The alleged “order” to Lt. Calley before the My Lai massacre would meet this threshold. But orders in all but such extreme circumstances are presumptively legal. That means that anyone who disobeys an order based on their opinion that it might be illegal is taking a terrible risk.

Unpopular opinion: nothing the "Seditious Six" said is actually illegal.

What the Democrats said was literally true: servicemen and women are not obliged to follow unlawful orders. What President Trump said was also literally true: sedition is punishable by death. Both are being somewhat hypocritical, although in different directions. President Trump does not actually want to arrest, try, convict, and execute the six Democrats. He's being typically hyperbolic, as is his style. The Dems, on the other hand, do actually want servicemen and women to disobey the Commander in Chief, not just when he issues unlawful orders, but when he issues lawful orders that they disagree with. And, of course, what they're proposing is very risky for the individuals who choose to disobey commands. They will and should be court-martialed, and can defend themselves then by saying they thought a particular order was unlawful. But they'll almost certainly lose.

The Democrat lawmakers pointed to the Uniform Code of Military Justice that says service members must obey lawful orders and disobey unlawful orders. The lawmakers did not specify any illegal orders given by the administration. trib.al/dLed47w
