@ThomasDrance Do we not have to take Canucks management to task if they don’t move out two of the so called “veterans” by the start of training camp in September? I am concerned that they still will try to sell us on this core being a part of the future when the core is being called out.

Because no #Canucks player who wears a letter on their jersey was in the room by the time it opened. Adam Foote spoke first last night, which is unusual but fine given the circumstances (last game before Olympic break). Hronek was requested, but was in treatment, per VAN PR.

@ThomasDrance What if Rutherford and company are doing a rebuild but calling it a transition? The actions of the summer could suggest and the Reichel deal could suggest that they are accumulating young players to see who will be a part of the future contending team.
