Of course, "not all brands" behave the same, and we provide evidence of brand heterogeneity in stereotyping decisions. [Interestingly, if the brand was founded by a woman, men are represented *LESS stereotypically* compared to brands founded by all-male teams.]

- Leaders and founders set the tone: women founders play a role in reshaping portrayals, particularly of masculinity. - You can’t manage what you don’t measure: now, stereotyping can be tracked and benchmarked. The method can be scaled beyond gender, e.g., race and ethnicity
