Often times researcher seems to state the obvious, but it's important none the less. I've always believed good therapy is crafted uniquely for each client. It's nice to have research back that up.

Do therapy outcomes improve when clients' preferences are taken into account? Latest meta-analysis provides convincing evidence that they do, with marked reductions in dropout rdcu.be/4gj0 . Accommodating prefs isn't simple, but essential nonetheless
