@PCFinancial 1. It wasn’t inactive at the time of the purge 2. You literally upgraded/sent new card in Feb! 3. You charged me $120 for the privilege! What a SCAM! Please contact me at minimum with a credit for $120 fee. And no, I won’t be re applying. You’re a joke, not a bank!

@PCFinancial I know the @PCFinancial mobile app doesn't work for thousands of users since January, causing people to miss bill payments and get nsf fees among other issues. More people report this issue every day, and call in to the overburdened call centres. The staff can't help. Smh

@PCFinancial I reported suspicious charges on March 12 and was promised a callback within 48 hours.I’ve called 4 times since and keep being told I’ll hear back within 24 hours. It’s been over a week-my card is still blocked and no one has contacted me. When will this be resolved?
