Today marks 34 years since the release of my song “I Will Be Here”. So, bottom line, your system would not allow me to reset my password, and I'm told you can't do it on your side, but will have to walk through some ridiculous steps to do that. My other option is to drop you off and go back to another carrier. I don't want to, but OMG! Stupid.

Then, tried another password, got locked out, called the 800 number, was told that I had to wait 24 hours to try again, and that if it didn't work then (which it wouldn't, of course), to call back and you would "troubleshoot" (whatever that means... I couldn't get an explanation

@Consumer_Cell - I was just confronted with the stupidest thing I could ever expect from customer service. I tried logging into my account, didn't have the right password, so I clicked "forgot password," and it took me to a page that wouldn't let me use the text or email option

This is more than sad. When the clergy treats the mass as a chore to get finished as quickly as possible, they should step away. The mass is the opportunity to receive the actual body and blood of Christ. When you surround that miracle with bad 70’s music and shallow, childish homilies that aren’t intellectually stimulating or spiritually challenging, you lose people. The reason that so many Catholics are asking for traditional and Latin masses is that they are seeking to experience the sacred wonder of what God did for us over 2000 years ago. It is mystifying that Pope Francis and others seek to squash those who yearn for a true experience of Christ.

@jowyang This may seem like an odd comparison, but I liken what's happening there to the student revival outbreak at schools like Ashbury University. I say that for two reasons: it appears to grow organically and seems unstoppable. Which makes you the chief evangelist.
