@Mario_Macis I concur. Such a rule would be analogous to "a ban on the throwing of food" in school cafeterias. Food fights are easy to start and prevent thoughtful discussion of ideas. A ban has been adopted at many schools and has proven effective. A mic-off rule would improve debates.

Looks like OPEC is at it again. With record amounts of Oil all over the place, including the fully loaded ships at sea, Oil prices are artificially Very High! No good and will not be accepted!
