@opodo Departure of the cancelled flights in 3 days. Still no reply... I am not going to accept / not accept a non excisting schedule change for our flights. The suggested alternative flights DO NOT EXCIST. Talked to Lufthansa. All flights are CANCELLED not changed in timing !!!

@opodo Just talked to Lufthansa helpdesk (yes they can be reached by phone !!!). No schedule changes, all flights are CANCELLED!!!! Why does the Opodo website (manage my booking) suggest me schedule changes that do not exist??? Flights are cancelled, please inform me about the refund!!

Our cancelled flights depart in 5 days. Still no answer from you regarding (request for) refund. No other way to reach you then by Twitter (very poor customer service)??? Please inform me asap and pls don’t come with the answer to go to “manage my booking” !!!

When I go to manage my booking on the Opodo website a schedule change is suggested but when I go to my booking on the Lufthansa website all flights are cancelled. No schedule change!!!! Please stop fooling around and inform me how to apply for a refund.
