Most race laws were repealed by the Apartheid government during the 80's, and most race laws we are seeing today were adopted by the ANC during the Mandela and Mbeki eras...

The case against the man accused of killing Marius van der Merwe, who testified at the Madlanga Commission as Witness D, has been postponed to the 24th of April for a bail application. Matipandile Sotheni appeared briefly at the Brakpan Magistrate’s Court today. @sholwana_z has more.
