@CHE_OHARA Yes! Sounds like a great routine. Rest abd recovery is equally as important as diet and exercise.

@pdollahsign Oh ok sweet!!! You pretty much in maintenance mode.. I stick with a routine of Sun, Tues, and Thurs.. compound lifts, and progressive overload. I was on 4 days… but I work 7 days 12hr shifts so… I gotta rest lol
