Claude Tag is the right idea. But I want the version where you own the agent, choose the model (GLM 5.2), wire the tools, and define the rules. So here's how to build your own with ChatBotKit Blueprint Designer.

Some days I wish coding was solved for real. This is one of those days.

@arvidkahl If in doubt ask claude or codex to narrate everything it does and then let you know how you feel about it. :)

@arvidkahl Well text carries more information per bit than transriptions so on the surface it may appear that is easier to speak but in reality text is is always faster.

I want to see a study in agentic coding efficiency between in-office and remote workers. I do all my prompting via voice… and I become talk-shy when I know someone nearby is listening, even my wife. Must be hell in an open office, headphones or not. And tank productivity.

@jasonfried Not decks per se but certainly the final deliverable is some kind of report with a deck (bonus). That does not mean that the work was done on the report itself but it acts a work log. That is at least my experience from the time I was security consultant.

Consultants deliver decks, that's just how it is. No, it's not. If you hire a consultant, and you don't want them delivering decks, just tell them how you want the information instead. You're hiring them! You're paying the bill. You're in control. Be the control.

@jasonfried Lucky you, having no consultants in your house.

@bgurley I mean I agree on the principle but pretty much any LLM can and may upload the entire code to some remote tool for whatever reason.

@quxiaoyin It does not count on their harness. It only counts if it applies to API pricing.

Honestly most of the platform documentation eventually will become dense markdown files that make little to no sense to a human. It will be written for other AI agents.

@GergelyOrosz Sure. I agree but then again a lot of docs these days are consumed by other AI agents sooo... I don't think the end goal is a human reading it.

The amount of AI writing on OpenAI's docs makes me sick. Filler sentences for nothing. Mannerisms and phrases humans would not write. Has a human even read this? And all of this will change how other docs are written, and how we all talk - for the worse IMO. 🤮

@emollick OpenRouter is a useful datapoint but obviously there are many other gateway providers too. Besides, OpenRouter is massive in the homebrew communities with openclaw, hermess, etc. Outside of the subscriptions, people in these places tend to use cheaper / free open-weight models.

@harleyfoote_ @edwardlando That is the only way to do it when you are not lucky. The alternative is obviously to try different things and hope the to win the lottery eventually.

I’ve seen startups that are 2 weeks old be further along than 4 year old ones. The world doesn’t care how much time or money you’ve invested into something. I’ve been on both sides of this story. Sometimes you feel the market pull immediately. That is a rare and awesome gift from the universe. You should recognize when you are getting lucky and go all in.
