Two of our board members have completed the KCDF ‘Mobilising Support’ training! Armed with new skills in community engagement and advocacy, we’re ready to empower more voices, drive change, and strengthen our mission to support youth, mental health, and inclusive communities.

Sept 1–5: PDRO joined @KCDFKenya #MobilisingSupport Training (Cohort 17). We sharpened skills in advocacy, stakeholder mapping, negotiation & M&E. Already shaping plans to engage duty-bearers & communities to drive peer-led #MentalHealth solutions in Nakuru & beyond.

On June 24, we kicked off a 7-month project at Limuko School. 🩸 400 girls got pads (WorldServe International) 🧠 943 students got mental health support (PDRO) Dignity + healing = hope.

We empowered teens (14-19) to recognize mental distress, understand mental illness, and care for their well-being. What we saw? Courage, curiosity, and hope. This is just the beginning.

Today, we partnered with NACADA to mark National Substance Use Prevention Week at London Social Hall, Nakuru! We engaged children (5-15 yrs) in talks, dance, and skating, empowering them to make healthy choices. Together, we build a drug-free future! 💙 #SubstanceUsePrevention

🌱 Planting Hope, Nurturing Minds 🌱 Today at Ngala School for the Deaf, we planted 100 trees, provided 13 boxes of sanitary towels, and shared bananas with 250 students. A greener environment, dignity, and proper nutrition all contribute to better mental well-being.
