Fair play, the chairman hasn’t hidden away, we’ve been garbage for most of the season and he’s owned it. My “rehaul” would include a P45 for Ainsworth, he’s just lost his mojo and we don’t want another bleak midwinter! Am I renewing my #Gills season ticket? Yes, without doubt. 💙

Key words for me in this ‘Complete rehaul coming in summer’ Also agree about the potential of bits from yesterday; some encouraging signs in terms of play between Dack, McCleary, Hale & Palmer-Houlden & that first is one of the best best TEAM goals I can recall in recent years.

@BradGalinson @GillinghamFCSC GA isn’t the man to take us forward or trust to build a team/squad. A couple of goals yesterday and a few players giving a bit more because it’s contract time doesn’t change that.

No denying shit season. Complete rehaul coming in summer. Hopefully we learn, improve, and build it better. That being said, seeing the potential yesterday with those goals was something to build on. Seeing our fans, as usual, traveling and chanting was something I needed. Thanks for that. At some point soon we’re going to ask for that support for next season with a cool season ticket launch. @pdunmall No doubt GA overestimated the squad after the unbeaten run & thought a few tweaks/signings would probably be enough for a promotion push this season. He’s been proved very wrong. That doesn’t mean the long term signings like Seb, Beckles or even Smith can’t still be a success

Ok so let’s say GA stays and every1 of the players he hasn’t signed goes. Lets look at what HE has brought in Smith (dreadful) Vokes (past it) Beckles (past it) Mcleary (can’t stay fit) SPH (can’t get in team) Antwi (who knows) Clark (shocking) Hale (good signing) #gills

@DannyGipson Yes you’ve kind of proved my point. Not one of his signing (Hale aside) have improved the team/squad. We won’t have money for further signing like Hale either

@pdunmall Vokes & McCleary were only ever short term signings. Clark was given a 1-yr deal to prove himself which he hasn’t done. Antwi injured. Beckles will be ok in a better & settled defence. ??? around Smith, but I don’t expect him to be a starter. Seb needs to be more consistent

@DannyGipson Yeah it’s way worse. How’s he trying to improve it? The football is horrendous. No style play, he doesn’t know what formation is best, his subs have cost us numerous times, we have less points and are clearly worse off.
