After a tough loss last night against a talented Royal Liberty team. The U15 boys basketball team bounced back with a 55-27 win against Chase. MVP was Theo for his on ball defence. Charlie scored 23 and Lewis with 16 points. Big mentions to Frankie, Tommy and Ben with points too.

On Monday, Year 9 boys football lost 5-1 to a determined Eastwood side in the Essex Cup. A scoreline that didn’t reflect the close game. Kayden with our goal, big thanks to Vinnie for stepping up and going in goal

U19 football boys secure another 3 points in the league after beating Sweyne 6-2. A physical battle with goals from Callum, Ross, Tommy, Loukas and Bobby ⚽️

The U19 football boys came back from 1-0 down to take another 3 points in the league, after beating Appleton 3-1. Goals from Benson, Callum and Tommy ⚽️

A good way to end the half-term. Year 11 football managed to come back from 2-0 at half-time to end up drawing 3-3 against Belfairs. An entertaining game, Oscar, Jayden and MoM Seyi with the goals. ⚽️

Another good development game for the Year 9B team against a talented Southchurch side who won 7-2. Roe scored our 2 goals! Big mention to Vinnie who showed great maturity in his performance.

The year 10 football boys book a spot in the semi final of the Southend Schools cup after beating Westcliff Boys 2-1. A solid team performance with goals from Alvin and Kian ⚽️🏆

A loss for the Year 11 boys football team against STM. Captain Jayden with our goal, big mention to Shailan for many outstanding saves and Harry was some tough tackles. Congratulations to Fortune for making his debut.

Year 11 football boys lost 7-3 to an intelligent Southend side. Jayden scored two goals ⚽️⚽️ and Oscar with a brilliant finish for the third. Big mention to Louie for his tireless work in midfield. Some positives to take into the game tomorrow against STM

A proper Essex cup ding dong against Coopers Coborn that went all the way. A goal from Liam gave Shoebury the early lead but Coopers fought back to equalise and take it to extra time. A resilient performance from both teams saw the game decided on penalties 🏆

The year 10 boys progress to the next round of the SEE Cup after beating King John 4-1. Goals from Rocco (2), Dylan and Oscar. Also a big penalty save from Dan ⚽️🏆

Tough loss for the Year 9 football team against a determined King John side who were eventual winners 2-1 AET. Goal scored by Freddie. The boys should keep their heads high as effort levels were fantastic throughout.
