@virginmedia C-260223452 is my complaint code as this is an ongoing issue. I also have all evidence of when I have been told I would be issued a refund etc

@virginmedia ridiculous customer service! Taking double someone’s contract 3 months in a row. Promising them their money back for weeks. Yet still taking double the money even now & not returning the funds😡 clearly an awful company who don’t care for their customers whatsoever.

@UniofBradford Can you help with your utter disrespect for an ex student and showing no urgency to fix a mistake made by YOUR staff? Meaning said student has lost out on a wage of thousands of pounds for several months as you haven’t awarded her her nursing degree that she completed.
