After Sheraton, a lot of uninformed Malaysians believe the Agong has the right to choose whoever as PM. But as a constitutional monarch, he is supposed to be above politics and not get in the way of people’s mandate i.e. the party with most votes. So, don’t get it twisted.

If Agong decides who is the PM. What’s the point for us vote? Might as well those candidates should just go and stand infront of Agong and let choose the PM. Why can’t you people let us Malaysians to choose our PM? What is democracy? And where is it?

Its okay not to know the Constitution, I’ll help you out; Agong is not a supreme leader, he is a constitutional figurehead who act on advice based on written laws, rules, and conventions. Thats why he couldn’t pick as he wishes.
