I'll give HSR credit in the West, though.

Imagine how much Hoyo has improved their home engine, expanded their workforce and so on in those 7 years. It is insane that this game still runs on a gtx 1050 at 60fps if you look at the scale of it now.

This can range from being able to tell salt from sugar to being able to revive after dying.

I’ve played gacha games for about 10 years now and while I’m not a LADS player, I don’t think anything like this has ever happened before. Imagine if HSR allocated the budget/hype/marketing/maybe even new region for a new MC path, only to cancel it entirely, and we never get another MC path ever again.
