CAVING IN THE PEAK

Our next beginners and novices' CAVING & POTHOLING introductory weekend is being held in Hathersage on Sat & Sun 16th & 17th Nov. Fee £169.

Sadly after such a lovely sunny afternoon I fear it could be quite a squawly and stormy wet and windy weekend start for Half-Term.

If you are going CAVING or POTHOLING on SUNDAY and Monday be careful to be aware of the weather forecast. It could be a wet experience !

Make the most of tomorrow - it may be very wet and windy here in the North on Sunday and Monday. Make sure you're well equipped going out

Be aware there are some severe weather conditions forecast for SUNDAY / MONDAY and anybody going caving or up on the fells needs to be alert

We have just seen the details of OLDHAM's new caving & mining cap lamp ( see image ) & it looks tough as you'd expect
