Nunca falei isso aqui, mas este ano tive diagnóstico de TDAH. Estou fazendo pesquisa sobre devs neurodivergentes há alguns meses. Precisamos entrevistar devs TDAH ou autistas para entendermos melhor as dificuldades que vivenciam no trabalho.

Propshaft is intended to be the new default asset pipeline in Rails 8. Breno has done an excellent job working to make it ready for that. Wonderful example of investing in the plumbing, simplifying it for what’s needed in a HTTP2 world.

@juuh42dias Daí a melhor maneira que eu vejo de estudar para Staff é se envolver com atividades dessa natureza em que você possa exercitar liderança e impacto grande através dos outros. Isso depende muito da organizaçào que voce está e das oportunidades nela.

@juuh42dias Então vai além de ser uma referência técnica, mas também de liderança. E liderança nesse sentido envolve ajudar a entregar projetos que envolvem vários times, mentorar membros menos senior na organização, contribuir com times diferentes, etc.
