I'm very excited to share that I've accepted a tenure track position as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at @Reed_College_ starting Fall 2023! Thanks to all who helped me get here. I can't wait to join this growing stats group, and to be staying in the Pacific Northwest!

@AndrewBarnas R makes it so easy, too! I learned too recently that you can run: citation("[Package Name]") to get a written citation and a BibTeX.

Main idea: For (more) accurate #PeerReview assessments, have reviewers score, then rank funding proposals. Our model combines the data into interpretable "integrated scores", which sensibly break ties and allow funders to make decisions with uncertainty. (2/3)

To try out the Mallows-Binomial model for yourself, check out our R package “rankrate” on CRAN. Thanks for reading! (8/8)

In our paper, we apply the model to real #peerreview data and show how it efficiently combines information from rankings and scores. We think the model can help make better decisions and understand the inherent uncertainty in them (7/n)
