Grade >=3 AE 85% in Seli-R vs 45% in R arm My thoughts: In the current landscape, Seli does not belong in earlier treatment lines, especially maintenance, where tolerability is key! I also remain concerned that since the marginally positive BOSTON trial with delinquent control arm, no other RCT has been able to confirm the efficacy of Seli in any line of treatment.
