Hello everyone, I'm going to make a post about a project I personally love and which, for me, is the future of gaming! @playsolana I see so many people complaining all over the place... I'm going to give my opinion, which is, of course, personal. I just received the PSG1 Jup today and it's magnificent! High quality! Setting it up was a breeze... You just have to follow the instructions and everything goes smoothly. Plus, the setup is available in multiple languages! As for the games, there aren't many included, but I got it specifically for PLAY ORIGINS, which I think is exceptional! I was a huge Pokémon fan when I was little, and I'm rediscovering this game, but this one is about cryptocurrency, specifically SOLANA ! I think the work the team put in to achieve this is incredible! My Player 1 is in this amazing Game Boy, and he's my main character! Be patient, he can't stop now after everything he's accomplished! @solana @solanagaming should give more support to this kind of project that tries to stand out completely from all the others!

I’ve played @Playsolana Origin for about 10 hours now and I’m already in love with the vision of what this game can become. I defeated the final boss and collected all the pages (I won’t say more to avoid spoilers). My dragon is level 26. Sometimes things are a bit buggy, like the swap function or, as many people have mentioned, connecting your @playsolananft (I personally haven’t this issue with that yet). But it’s already very clear that @PlaySolana has the perfect foundation to build a long-lasting game with continuous updates and new features. The possibilities are endless. It could become a mix between a community hub and the online Pokémon experience we’ve always wanted. And we have to remember: we’re still early, and this is the first gaming console project on Solana, guys. This isn’t a pump-and-dump coin. This is something I want to keep investing in for the next 10 years. I’m always thinking far ahead, but I can’t help imagining what PSG2, PSG3, PSG4, and so on will look like. How far will the game evolve by then? Which blockbuster gaming studios will get involved? Which game designers will eventually join @PlaySolana? The list of possibilities is long. For now, thank you 🙏🏼 It’s been so many years since a handheld device made me feel like a kid again. Thanks to the PSG1, I’m more convinced than ever! Regards from Munich! 🫡

To fully address what happened yesterday, we will be releasing a complete post-mortem detailing everything the team and our partners uncovered regarding the set of unfortunate events that unfolded prior to the $PLAY launch. We will also outline a clear course of action to ensure we remain on track and that our community can rest assured we are here for a long, continuous journey. We also want to touch on the 24 wallets identified as the root cause of this issue. These wallets were able to bypass the Metaplex Web2 logic used to block users from claiming $PLAY prior to 12.30pm UTC, and are in no way, shape, or form connected to us or anyone associated with Play Solana. A full breakdown of our findings will be included in the post-mortem report. These wallets managed to initiate trading activity before launch. While our team was on a call with our Liquidity Managers, we noticed unexpected price movements that immediately raised concern - especially considering no tokens should have been available for trading. We reached out to all exchanges and liquidity providers to check for leaks. None were found. All partners confirmed they were simply waiting for our greenlight to initiate trading. We proceeded to inject liquidity into the pre-launched Raydium pool. Shortly after, we confirmed the root cause was linked to a Metaplex PDA. Once $PLAY claims opened, pre-sale buyers understandably reacted to the price action, and a cascade began. The damage was already done. This was an irreversible blow. Our community, our supporters, and the broader ecosystem rightfully saw this for what it was: a failure. This deeply affects us - our brand, our growth, and the long-term alignment we’ve been building around our products and the future of Play Solana. We want to be clear: we are not putting our hands down. But we also want you to understand the level of sacrifice, the long hours, and the absolute commitment the team has poured into every detail for months - software, hardware, and community. What we’ve been through is immeasurable. Now, regarding the 30% cut: This is where we failed to communicate properly, and we want to sincerely apologize. We understand the frustration. The intention wasn’t to hurt the community but to reward long-term supporters by allocating the full 30% directly into the staking reward pools. For transparency, this 30% will be used to strengthen staking rewards for those supporting $PLAY and Play Solana long-term. The team keeps zero. Since the beginning, our mission has been to reward those who are here for the long run - the people who believed in us before anyone else. We are fully focused on the turnaround plan and are working closely with all partners to secure the best possible outcome for Play Solana and our Community. No one is more frustrated than the team behind this project. We want to take this moment to thank everyone supporting us, in particular our most loyal . You are the true heroes of this journey. To make everything clear, we had an unfortunate and unexpected issue during launch, and the team is actively investigating the situation involving the Metaplex Genesis early wallets that were able to claim and sell once liquidity was injected into the Raydium pool. What we can confirm with full confidence: the Team, Investors, Contributors, and anyone connected to Play Solana have sold zero tokens. Everyone on our side remains fully aligned with the long-term vision of the project. This situation was completely outside our control, but we remain committed, just as we always have. The team is focused, united, and continuing to build and support the ecosystem with the same energy and dedication as day one. We appreciate the community’s patience and trust while we work through this. Play Solana is here for the long run.
