I think FIFA needs to do away with Penalty kick in football. After 90min and 30min extra time they can check statistics of the match and give the best team the win. What happened last night btw Real Madrid and Manchester City was a sad and funny experience and Penalty is not suppose to decide the faith of that match especially after Mancity humiliated them and make them invisible in the match. We don't want luck football anymore let the better team win always.
