The factual truth that most IDV ccs don’t understand why so many people are upset with them still streaming the game is telling. You are the voices of the community, necessarily the “celebrities” of the community. You can say you’re against GEN AI, but not doing ANYTHING to help with the boycott or show you don’t support it other than going ‘oh yeah believe me guys’ IS TELLING. You get paid to play the game, to promote the game, to bring in newer players to spend money on the game. That is the entirety of your job as content creators, and eventually that will be gone too with the usage of AI. If you lack the ability to take a month away from streaming IDV or any sort of Netease content, YOU ARE APART OF THE PROBLEM. If someone who struggled with a disability and can’t physically get a job can quit streaming IDV content, I promise, YOU CAN TOO.
