As #MentalHealthWeek nears an end I also approach the 1 yr anniversary of my RTW 🚔 Being off for 15 mths dealing with my PTSD required a lot of 🪣 work, including a 10,800 km Cross 🇨🇦 Virtual 🚴 Challenge 🙏🏼 Post traumatic growth 🌱 isn’t easy, but “Persistence is Victorious” 💪
