@FCBGayvi yess surgery was end of july bro but my surgeon would refuse to refer me to a physiotherapist he said youll get better by rest which is bullshit i tried some stuff myself ofc it didnt work and then by the end of nov finally found a good physiotherapist 😭🤦‍♀️
