Yeah the question was "should I be taking my wins if I'm 5% in profit each time?"
In my opinion, I think getting out at 5% (while you are getting a win) on every position would probably hinder your growth. You don't have to chase 100% PnLs by any means, but you definitely want to give the tokens you actually like some breathing room. Not every LP will be a big winner, but you do need some that perform exceptionally well to mitigate your losses usually.
If for some reason you are more confident in a certain token and you think that is has some life left, you might want to try to pool this token longer. Possibly hold your fees for higher.
This is a little rarer in these market conditions, usually trying to accumulate fees on "good tokens" stops working out after the first real discovery phase nowadays
Or, you might be in a token with exceptionally high fee generation. This might be worth it to stay in and chase a higher pnl.
Above all though, ensure that you manage your losses. but usually when DLMMing, I will be like -30% to -50% down on PNL when i cut a loss.
So I want my wins to be like 10-30% on average if that makes sense.

Found an opportunity, opened a -90% sol side spot DLMM range. Waited for the chop and kept earning juicy fees in a 5% pool. Then waited for a bounce and decided to just close it cos it is my bedtime and I dont want to babysit this one. Green is green.
Opportunities are everywhere when you look hard enough. This is a business, you can't autopilot it, trading is a psychology game, machines don't have emotions to play this game in the long run. Learn the skill and it will be yours for life.

Here’s a quick overview of how allocation tiers were determined on @perena and how the distribution works. Throughout Season 0, Preseason, and Season 1, they evaluated the following factors: · How long users held positions · Account size and average balance · Yield generated · Referral contributions · Consistency of participation In short: Capital × Time × Real Usage. Sustained engagement mattered more than short-term activity. Wallets were grouped into tiers based on their overall contribution across all seasons. The higher the sustained contribution, the higher the tier weight. To ensure fairness, they applied anti-Sybil measures to filter out wallets with minimal capital but unusually high point accumulation.
