Photography and AI aesthetics are becoming more and more entwined. These two mediums create pictures of the world using very different techniques, but both attempt to elevate the everyday into something beautiful. Since Fellowship's origin stems from photography, we are constantly looking at how the mediums communicate with each other. Here are two artists whose work we think could have an aesthetic conversation: Scooters, Place Vendome, Paris (Valentino) by @PelleCass paired with 2- Symphony No. 8 in C Major, Op. 152, Vivace: "Swans" by @EvergreenDazed

⭐️ Collector's Highlights: Today, we want to shine a spotlight on @billydeee_ for their extraordinary talent in crafting new stories through their collecting vision. 👁‍🗨 Their impressive collection features the following remarkable pieces: 1. AS10k+ #2238 - by August Sander This mesmerizing photograph captures a couple in a picturesque outdoor setting. It's a creation by the legendary photographer August Sander and is a part of the inaugural 10k NFT project. 2. Tenosique, Mexico, 2007 by Alex Webb In this powerful image by renowned photographer Alex Webb, taken in 2007, we witness a poignant moment—a heart-wrenching scene of a man on the ground, surrounded by what appears to be mourning loved ones in Tenosique, Mexico. 3. Father and Son, 2013 by Gregory Crewdson Gregory Crewdson's thought-provoking composition from 2013, titled "Father and Son," is set within a domestic interior. It vividly portrays themes of solitude and alienation among its subjects. The cool blue and green tones saturating the frames intensify the piece's emotional impact, leaving a lasting impression on viewers. 4. Football at Harvard by @PelleCass Finally, we have another classic within the NFT space—a captivating work by Pelle Cass, titled "Football at Harvard," part of his "Crowded Fields" collection (now sold out). This piece is a mesmerizing time-lapse photograph that condenses hours of sporting action and thousands of exposures into a single image. It effortlessly conveys the essence of play, the enigmatic flow of time, and the sensation of Dionysian chaos. Together, this collection exemplifies the curator's ability to infuse art with fresh perspectives, showcasing their discerning curation and artistic sensibility. ❤️‍🔥

Hockey games, tennis matches, or diving competitions are the kinds of events that serve the photographer as a theatre for the hypotheses on time and space. @PelleCass - Controlling Chaos. a 🧵 by @artukovicjosip ✍️

@fellowshiptrust The moment isn't exactly impossible. It's impossible to see without a camera, true. But all the action really happened, precisely the way you see it, just not at the same time. Lucky my camera was there!

Pelle's work dismantles Henri Cartier Bresson's idea of the "decisive moment." Instead of focusing on a single moment, Pelle captures all the indecisive moments in one frame, thus creating an impossible moment. youtube.com/watch?v=14ih3W…

Each image in @PelleCass's series of works captures a kind of still time-lapse photo. These images compress hours and thousands of exposures of a sporting event into a single frame, evoking a sense of playfulness, the uncanny nature of time, and a feeling of Dionysian chaos.

A detail of Choi Hung Estate Basketball, and my favorite one at that from a larger composition (second slide). I did this as a remote shoot--I was in Boston and the WAY team took the pictures. It's a challenge to work this way, and always a surprise, which is good.
