This is a buff for anyone with good skills on this char
Movementspeed is the best stat in the game and allows u to deal more damage und take less dmg / warp the way u can play the game (do things u couldnt do without dying before)
5% + 0.5% really adds up just think of how the % MS on PD makes u feel super fast

- E duration changed from next 3 attacks to next 5 seconds

- R bonus AD ratio reduced from 100% to 60%
