@AngelicSoapy oh i’m sorry lovely this sounds awful, is there any way you can email them asking for clarification about how much activity you should be doing whilst wearing the boot and when physio should be on the table? or a phone consultation? i’m sorry you haven’t had sufficient care :(

What do you do when you have a fractured foot but both the hospital and your GP haven’t really give you sufficient care? Like all I got told was to be in the boot for 6 weeks and take aspirin daily??? Nothing about physio, pain management, when I should be wearing the boot, how much I should be walking etc. I’m upset ☹️
