It’s my birthday today… and this one feels different. My first birthday without my mom. I’m in Nigeria right now, not even celebrating, but preparing to lay her to rest. Life didn’t even give me time to catch my breath… it just kept moving. I won’t lie, this is heavy. This is not how I imagined I’d be stepping into a new year. But even in all of this, God is still God. I’m still here. I’m still breathing. I’m still standing… and I don’t take that for granted. I miss her in ways I can’t even explain. There’s a space in my life that nothing can fill. But I carry her with me. In my heart. In my strength. In the way I’m still pushing, even on the hardest days. This birthday might not come with joy, or noise, or celebration… but it still means something. It means I survived days that tried to break me. It means there’s still purpose attached to my life. It means God is not done with me yet. So as I step into this new year, even in pain… I’m grateful. For life. For strength. For the grace to keep going. God, hold me. Comfort me. Carry me through what I don’t even have words for. Happy birthday to me.

It’s March and parts of America already feel like mid-July. If this is the “warm-up,” summer 2026 is going to be crazy.

There’s a voice telling you you’re not ready. It makes you play small in rooms you prayed to be in. But listen… nobody in that room has it all figured out. The only difference is they didn’t let fear silence them. Next time, speak. Show up. Take your space. Tell yourself: I am him. I am her. Good morning and have a good day. #DailyPillsWithSean

Wake Up, Nigeria: Why APC Has Failed the People Fellow Nigerians, let’s speak plainly. Since APC took power in 2015, life for millions of Nigerians has become harder, more expensive, and more uncertain. This is not propaganda. This is daily reality. People are hungry. Businesses are struggling. Jobs are scarce. Insecurity is everywhere. Hope is fading. And the government keeps acting like slogans are enough to solve real suffering. Nigeria was supposed to move forward. Instead, too many people now feel like they are fighting every single day just to survive. The economy has become a burden on ordinary people. Food prices have crushed families. Rent keeps rising. Transportation is unbearable. Small businesses are shutting down. Salaries mean less and less. Even when government officials boast about reforms, the average Nigerian is asking a simple question: if things are improving, why does life feel worse? Insecurity has become normalised. Kidnappings, killings, banditry, terrorism, fear on the roads, fear in villages, fear in schools, fear at home. A country cannot truly develop when its people are forced to live in constant anxiety. Safety is not a luxury. It is the first duty of any serious government. Corruption and political survival have replaced accountability. Too many politicians treat power like personal insurance. People switch sides, join the ruling structure, and suddenly scrutiny disappears. Borrowing continues, suffering continues, yet accountability remains weak. Nigerians are asked to endure more pain while those in power continue living comfortably. Healthcare, education, and basic living standards have been neglected. Hospitals are weak. Schools are underfunded. Power supply is unreliable. Young people are frustrated. Parents are exhausted. Graduates are stranded. The country is full of talent, but leadership keeps failing the people. Let nobody gaslight you. Nigerians are not imagining this pain. We are living it. And that is why many people now say what once sounded extreme: if you have a real opportunity to leave, take it. Go where your skills are respected. Go where your effort can produce results. Go where the system does not punish you for trying to live honestly. Build yourself. Support your family. Send help back home. Stay connected to Nigeria, but do not let broken leadership bury your future. For those who cannot leave, this is not the time to give up. This is the time to wake up. We must reject blind loyalty, ethnic manipulation, religious division, and empty propaganda. Nigeria does not need more noise. Nigeria needs competence, courage, and leaders who actually care whether people live or die. Come 2027, we must stop voting for suffering. We must stop defending failure. We must stop normalising hardship. We must stop rewarding incompetence. Nigeria belongs to the people, not to one party, not to one clique, not to a handful of political survivors. If this speaks to how you feel, share it. If you’re tired, say it. If you still believe Nigeria can be better, then refuse to stay silent. Wake up, Nigeria.

Some of my friends on here know my mum is battling cancer for the second time in her life, and honestly, it’s been a crazy, painful fight for a while now. I got really pissed at my dad over how he’s been handling things with his wife. Even though deep down I understand he’s trying to respect her wishes, she’s tired of the hospital runs, the sympathy from everyone, the constant pain, and feeling like she’s becoming a burden to us… I still let my emotions take over. I stopped talking to my dad for a whole week after my trip from India. Last night I listened to this song and… man, I fvcking broke down. I cried like a baby. Yes, a full grown man, tears everywhere, no shame at all. I picked up my phone immediately and called him to apologize. Funny thing is, he didn’t even care about the apology. What mattered to him was how I was doing… how my family is… how his grandkids are doing. Then he told me he wants me to be stronger and better than him in all ramifications. Fear gripped me again and ask how mum was and i spoke to her. I can’t even lie, in that moment I felt a strange relief and peace settle in my chest. So please, if you still have your parents, no matter how complicated things have been, pick up that phone and call them. Tell them you love them. Tell them you appreciate them. Because one day… the memories you’re making now are the ones you’ll be holding onto when they’re gone. 🤍💜❤️

@X what is actually going on? It’s been over a week and my visibility is still limited. This does not feel transparent in any way. @elonmusk this looks like selective enforcement. Over a week later and my account remains visibility limited. No clear update. No timeline. No real explanation. If a post was flagged, fine, I addressed it. But keeping accounts in the dark for this long is not a good look. @X @Support can someone please review my account and advise what exactly is going on and when this restriction will be lifted?
