One Piece TCG has done something remarkable,it's turned a hobby into a genuine financial opportunity for players across the community. Bigger prize pools, more competitive events.
But with higher stakes comes higher self-expectations
Especially in the East, where flagship slots are scarce and competition is fierce, I've noticed players, myself included ,putting enormous pressure on ourselves. Every tournament feels like it has to count. And when results don't match expectations? That weight hits differently.
Compete hard but do give yourself a break time to time and relax, it is a hobby after all 😎

Bandai has historically been known for short-printing special sets like EBs and PRBs. For PRB-01, there are on average 2 Gold DON!! per case (12 booster boxes)… and there are 30 different Gold DONs in the set. When you combine those odds, pulling a specific Gold DON is insanely difficult. Here’s the “Gengar” Gold DON: • 24 copies currently listed on Cardmarket • Just 16 copies are English • Floor price around €100 Do with this information what you want.

The One Piece card is the pre-errata version of the Monkey D. Luffy Alternate Art card (#003) from Romance Dawn. The pre-errata (error) version (be careful you buy this version and NOT the later errata version) is the most natural comparison to the First Edition Charizard card. It’s the first print (or first edition) of the most popular character in the franchise (Luffy) in the first print base set (Romance Dawn). It’s not unreasonable to think that it will eventually be regarded as one of the very top cards, and it’s still listed for under $7000.
