@packdrip Yep happened to me years ago with lebron shoes but PayPal was at fault for siding with the scammer and when I shared it on Twitter they gave me the money I deserved.

Maybe it had downloaded the update already and was waiting to install it. So I started the update. Once it restarted I had 800GB free on my drive again 😅. I can get work done again. Posting in case someone with the same problem sees this. 😂

I was at a dead end. Tried clearing cache in the library folder, messing with my OneDrive folders that were available, etc. Then I had an epiphany. I had a notification for a software update.

My MacBook Pro ran out of disk space. This wasn’t possible. I started deleting tons of video footage & files anyways but the space available wasn’t changing after I would empty the recycle bin. I noticed system data was taking up ~750GB. I searched for solutions. Nothing worked.
