@furnuwees @PCashmere81 @RT_com Trump’s 48-hour ‘obliterate’ ultimatum wasn’t strategy, it’s panic. Oil’s up 50%, US gas prices spiking, recession risk. Asia hurts? Sure. But so do US consumers & allies. Those LNG deals? From Iranian strikes on Qatar, not genius. Iran has Trump by the throat. Cope.
English

@perhaps_hidden @PCashmere81 @RT_com US won’t open the strait till it gets what it wants from Iran. Closed straits hurt China and India more than Europe. US benefits from high energy prices.
Countries are lining up to sign long term LNG deals with US exporters now that everyone know how weak Qatar really is.

'I assure you there are absolutely NO US–Iran talks' — Professor Marandi shuts down Trump's claim in RT exclusive
'There's no way in the world Iranians are going to trust Trump. We are at war
Iran is prepared for a very, very long war... has Trump by the throat'

❗️Trump now claims it was Iran who called him 'Tomorrow we were expected their largest electric plants. One shot, it's gone Why would they want that? We’re very willing to make a deal'
English

@PCashmere81 @furnuwees @RT_com If the US opens/gains control of the strait then it’s a win, simple.

@VPStrategic @furnuwees @RT_com I think he's in Iran, he's a professor at the University of Tehran. He's also a media advisor to the Iranian government.
English

@furnuwees @PCashmere81 @RT_com Not true, Hormuz closing hurts America too. Everyone will be affected by higher prices. Iran wins as long as the strait is closed. Missiles are launching everyday, ground invasion isn't happening. Air power alone won't end Iran.
English

@perhaps_hidden @PCashmere81 @RT_com Iran has lost is military and control over its skies. The only reason IRGC is still alive cause US and Israel don’t have troops on the ground.
Iran is defeated. They can’t even get to the enemy. Hence the tactics with the straits which hurts India and China the most.
English

@PCashmere81 @furnuwees @RT_com The IRGC are not crumbling. The strait of Hormuz is still closed and they're still shooting ballistics.

@perhaps_hidden @furnuwees @RT_com He doesn’t speak for the people, he speaks for his crumbling terrorist regime.

@furnuwees @RT_com He’s one of the few people given internet access from Iran for a reason, he speaks for the Iranians.

@MarioNawfal I think the GCC countries talked him down, they cannot lose electricity, water, and internet.

Journalist:
"Who's gonna be in control of the Strait of Hormuz?"
🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump:
"Uhhhh it'll be jointly controlled.
Maybe me. Me and the next ayatollah, whoever that is. There will also be a serious form of regime change.
Look at Venezuela."

Q: "If you obliterated their nuclear sites last summer, then how can you argue it was an imminent threat now?" 🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump: "Oh, we hit them so hard. We obliterated them. But that doesn't mean with the right equipment you can't dig down and go get it."
English

Every week, when markets open, Trump makes these kinds of statements to drive down oil prices. Even his five-day deadline aligns with the closure of the energy market.
But in reality, there are no negotiations underway, nor does Trump have the capability to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Iran's firm threat has once again forced Trump to back down.
