The opening session of the Peripheral Creativities - Youth, Territory and Public Policy conference took place on Jan. 30 at the University of Porto. Otávio Raposo, Lígia Ferro and Pedro Varela kicked if off, followed by keynote speeches by Isabel Menezes and Victoria Gómez.
